Job Summary

Perform structural repairs on the Etihad fleet in line with GCAA CAR 145 and OEM specifications. Assess aircraft and engine damage, consult SRM/CMM manuals for procedures, and provide engineers with OEM-based defect data. Document all structures handover work for continuity, issue SDRR records for new damage assessments, and maintain a safe, clean maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess reported aircraft or engine damages and carry out required repairs per OEM instructions.
•Review SRM/CMM to determine damage assessment and follow repair procedures.
•Provide the Aircraft Engineer with OEM-based information/data for structural defects and damage condition determination.
•Document all structures handover work to ensure clear, consistent work continuity.
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including providing SDRR records for newly assessed damage.

Key Requirements

•High School Certificate or equivalent.
•Basic aircraft maintenance structures/composite training (or equivalent) is preferable.
•4 years working in a live aviation environment and ramp operations, with proficiency in structural assessments for composite and metallic structures.
•3–5 years of structural/composite repair and maintenance experience, preferably with airlines or MRO.
•Ability to work independently and take charge to lead a team.
