Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and customer presence, understanding customer needs to gain market share.
  • •Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, build sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and use market intelligence to shape new product development decisions.
  • •Lead negotiations, develop and implement price strategies aligned to business goals, and manage pricing and negotiations including legal/customs considerations.
  • •For digital sales, develop customer pipeline and relationships through digital channels, drive Dow.com adoption, and set up/maintain customer accounts.
  • •Maintain CRM and internal tools, obtain/maintain forecasts in OMP, monitor sales vs. plan using digital tools, communicate forecast changes, and support Order-to-Cash for correct invoicing and timely payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
