  • •Plan and execute strategic merchandising changes aligned with directives and budgets, including product recovery, restock, and destock.
  • •Use reporting tools and business performance data with management to identify opportunities and adjust product placement and stock levels.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner on budget, reporting, and key metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru) to support planning workflows.
  • •Lead the Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, and communication, while achieving KPI deliverables and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and move throughout the store up to 50 pounds; and safely climb up/down a ladder
