Key Responsibilities

  • •Rack hams and reposition racks by pushing/pulling/turning to place hams on both sides.
  • •Operate or support stuffing and packaging steps including tucker/cutting/poking tasks and securing items for the next process.
  • •Use equipment and tools to handle netted product and apply clamps (e.g., tipper tie) and manage removal steps after stuffing.
  • •Perform Multivac sealing steps by placing hams on the machine and securing the lid to remove excess air and seal casings.
  • •Maintain food safety by preventing contamination and contacting the appropriate team immediately if conditions are unacceptable.
