Key Responsibilities

•Manage and mentor a cohort of emerging talent AI builders with regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and compensation management.
•Coach graduates on translating technical work into business value, including active listening, stakeholder management, discovery sessions, presentation skills, and handling customer pushback.
•Guide the design of agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool calls, ensuring rigorous evaluation of AI outputs for production-grade secure and ethical enterprise software.
•Oversee the Grad Builder Program by running continuous upskilling labs, managing project matching/bench management, and building/tracking a 12-to-24-month competency matrix.
•Collaborate with university recruiting to interview, assess, and attract top-tier computer science talent from target universities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
•5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
•1+ years managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or significantly mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
•Proficient in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, with web architecture knowledge (React, REST APIs, GraphQL) and best practices (OOP, SOLID, Git).
•Hands-on familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
