Parts Associate

Ensure technicians and customers get the correct auto parts by identifying items, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Receive, stock, and control supplies, process shipments and returns (including incorrect/defective parts), and allocate parts using CarMax systems. Deliver customer service through clear communication and problem-solving, while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements in a clean, orderly work area.
