Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high level customer service: greet and thank customers, share product information, and support fitting-room service with timely follow-ups.
  • •Assist with day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and cover for the Store Manager as needed.
  • •Train new staff on POS operation and manage corrective actions at the POS.
  • •Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and participate in store inventories.
  • •Maintain store standards and compliance, including cleanliness, pricing/ticketing procedures, dress code, housekeeping, and cash wrap cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • •Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • •Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours during shifts and handle some heavy lifting.
