•Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals.
•Mentor and develop junior staff on engagements, providing feedback and guidance to grow the team’s expertise.
•Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and delivering industry-specific insights.
•Manage multiple engagements of varying size and duration, ensuring quality delivery and on-time milestones.
•Collaborate with clients to align technology solutions with business goals and drive value creation.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
•3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment

•Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end-to-end implementations
•Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
