Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack solutions for risk management regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with GRC team partners and digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that use AI to help prevent and detect risks.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through targeted refactoring, reducing technical debt, and improving system performance using observability.
  • •Define service boundaries and integration patterns with architects, create synchronous and asynchronous APIs, and influence long-term technology strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, or Python.
  • •3+ years of experience with database and database management systems.
