  • •Working knowledge of plumbing, including basic repairs, leaks, fixtures, toilets, valves, and water lines.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical systems, including outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • •Working knowledge of carpentry, including doors, drywall, shelving, hardware, and general building repairs.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate hand and power tools; ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and work orders.
