Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expertise in all Technical Safety matters and ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
  • •Coordinate, monitor, and handle Technical Safety design and engineering activities with the EPC contractor within project timelines.
  • •Conduct regular technical reviews and approvals of Technical Safety deliverables from engineering consultants and contractors to ensure design quality and compliance.
  • •Participate in engineering activities such as integration coordination, equipment sizing/selection, and layout/model/design reviews and technical workshops.
  • •Provide technical assistance during bid evaluation, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning; interface with ADNOC and project management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in upstream/offshore, working for organizations such as Kent, KBR, Worley, Petrofac, or Saipem.
  • •PMC experience is highly preferable.
  • •Large projects experience is required, with Middle East/GCC experience on projects with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, PDO, etc.
  • •Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
