Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver backend solutions end-to-end from data modeling through APIs and evaluation logic based on product requirements.
  • •Contribute to the design of core identity security posture systems and author/review technical design documents.
  • •Construct and scale high-performance backend services in Go, including REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven systems, and integration layers.
  • •Implement event-driven workflows with Kafka to manage asynchronous processing for continuous identity posture evaluation.
  • •Maintain operational reliability through testing, observability, runbooks, feature flags, and participate in on-call/incident response and SLO management.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software development experience, including ~2 years building production-grade backend services.
  • •Extensive backend production experience with Go, with idiomatic design, thorough testing, and robust error handling.
  • •Strong system design skills building scalable, multi-tenant, event-driven distributed systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar high-throughput event-streaming technologies.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling for multi-tenant workloads.
