Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a suite of Rippling platform products that meet the evolving needs of Rippling applications and the customers they serve
  • •Uncover product opportunities for our platform to deliver exceptional value to its applications
  • •Roll up your sleeves and dig into the technical details while obsessing over a simple, intuitive customer experience
  • •Work cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to design an extensible system that can meet the evolving needs of Rippling product teams and our customers
  • •Iterate on features using data and customer feedback to ensure they fulfill and exceed the original product goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,000 - 278,250 annually
