Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, move vehicles to the stall area, and complete work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and manage warranty/customer part handling.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service work and promptly notify the service advisor of changes or delays.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians, document work performed, road-test when required, and follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2-3 years of automotive technician experience (mainline/diagnostic a plus).

  • •Volkswagen (or multi) German brand experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug test).
