Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training (Human Resources, Criminal Justice/Criminology, Law Enforcement, Corporate Investigations).
  • •3 years of professional experience in areas such as employee relations, internal affairs, investigative reporting/writing, EEOC investigations, or mediation/arbitration.
  • •5+ years handling internal complaint workplace investigations with on-site, in-person interviews.
  • •Thorough familiarity with state and federal employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII.
  • •Strong skills in initiative, judgment, evidence gathering, and confidentiality while managing multiple cases/priorities.
