•Plan and operate performance management programs applicable to employees at Korean HQ and overseas entities.
•Build solutions to support the operation of performance management programs.
•Plan and run regular employee performance evaluations.
•Manage end-to-end performance management and personnel evaluation systems for the company, including the Global Office.
•Connect employee performance improvement with company growth through performance management operations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience in HR planning, performance/evaluation & compensation, or HRBP roles.
•Experience designing new goal-management frameworks (e.g., KPI, OKR) or redesigning existing systems.
•Ability to collect and analyze quantitative/qualitative HR data to derive objective, logical insights.
•Experience leading employee briefings to communicate the purpose of new programs to members.
•Experience operating HR programs for engineering organizations at tech/mobility companies.
