Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store operations and people leadership as a Talent and Business Operations Manager. You’ll oversee staffing and zoning, training and onboarding, store scheduling and payroll, and performance reviews for direct reports. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returns, tester/supply control, and cycle counts. Serve as the talent champion by conducting final interviews and using an applicant tracking system to hire for key roles.

•Lead store operations and people functions, overseeing staffing and zoning, training and onboarding, and execution of operational standards.
•Serve as talent champion by conducting final interviews and using the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
•Manage training and development by developing and executing the store’s ongoing training strategy with store leadership and education partners.
•Oversee scheduling and payroll, including weekly schedule creation, time-off approvals, and timely, accurate payroll submissions.
•Manage performance assessment and operational excellence, including annual performance reviews, coaching follow-ups, and inventory processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience using Windows, Word, and Excel.
