Job Summary

Assist machine operators and production teams with maintenance, clean-up, yard and warehouse support, utilities, material handling, and production tasks. Follow safety regulations and use safety gear at all times, report unsafe conditions, and keep areas, machinery, conveyors, and floors clean. Support shift preparation, operate equipment as trained (including internal certification/training), help with loading/unloading, shipping/receiving documentation, packaging/labeling, and inventory counting.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist machine operators/production teams with maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse/production support, utilities, and material handling.
•Keep the work area clean and maintain machinery/conveyors, including cleaning floors and removing debris.
•Use safety gear at all times, follow safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions or defective equipment to the supervisor.
•Assist with shift production readiness, operate machinery/equipment as trained, and help with loading/unloading trucks.
•Support shipping/receiving: complete documents, package and label products properly, handle stockpiles, verify loads, and maintain/count product inventory.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, including written/oral instructions.
•Ability to follow company production and safety procedures.
•Must be able to demonstrate lockout tagout procedures and follow key/lock procedures.
•Able to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs and pass internal certification/training for equipment operations.
