Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to ideate, analyze, design, and implement automation solutions.
•Build RPA workflows using Blue Prism and UiPath best practices, and develop custom integrations using Python.
•Intake incident tickets and resolve break-fix/debugging issues in production RPA environments using appropriate troubleshooting tools.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, including process definitions, Python code documentation, solution designs, and system architecture diagrams.
•Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to integrate automation performance with business metrics and continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 157,934 - 189,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
•Enterprise automation experience designing and developing solutions with Blue Prism or UiPath and Python (including custom integrations and API connections), plus Excel VBA macros.
•Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI (data modeling, visualization, and report development).
•Generative AI capability, including intelligent document processing and natural language understanding, and building interactive dashboards using Tableau to support automation and business intelligence.
•Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in RPA environments, including incident management, break-fix analysis, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
