Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancements using DFM/DFA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma methods.
  • •Own capital planning activities including CER creation/approvals and capital project timing, spending, and budgeting, plus VA/VE savings.
  • •Ensure equipment safety by meeting OSHA-compliant safety regulations.
  • •Drive engineering discipline through PFMEA, APQP, DCP, Lean tools, project management, and simultaneous engineering, including mentoring and training.
  • •Troubleshoot production process issues and improve manufacturing standards (machine capability, process maps, setups, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times).

Key Requirements
