Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer ArcGIS Enterprise/Online/Portal/Server, Data Store, ArcGIS Pro, and mobile apps; manage user roles, authentication, licensing, access controls.
  • •Oversee DEV/TEST/PROD environments, upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • •Steward the UPDM-aligned geodatabase: authoritative editing, versioning, lineage tracking, QA/QC, reconcile/post cycles, and audit-ready documentation.
  • •Build and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations supporting operational workflows (e.g., JBA, valve inspections, CP reference data).
  • •Publish and support enterprise GIS services, maps, dashboards, and applications; establish GIS governance and compliance (PHMSA Part 192/195).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •5–10+ years administering enterprise-scale ArcGIS environments.
  • •Deep expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, SQL Server, and SDE.
  • •Hands-on experience with UPDM, pipeline/terminal GIS, or regulated asset environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python (ArcPy), ModelBuilder, SQL, REST APIs, and ETL tools.
