Join a 24-month Malaysia Graduate Development Programme supporting your growth in cost management. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in cost management commissions, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, and change orders.
•Support contract knowledge and final account close-out activities.
•Estimate and produce cost plans.
•Conduct cost assessments and valuations, and prepare cost reports.
•Liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent.
•Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
