Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two rotations across different RD&A teams within Biotech Solutions over a 2-year rotational programme
  • •Conduct technical and lab-based work to explore how ingredients, processes, and emerging technologies can improve taste, nutrition, functionality, and sustainability
  • •Gain experience with bench-scale and pilot-scale trials to test and validate new technologies
  • •Use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working to support experiments and development decisions
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Development, Application, Food Craft, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial to support strategic projects

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or soon-to-be graduate on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
  • •Ambitious, open-minded, and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language
  • •Excited by science and technology, and keen to use data, digital tools, and AI to improve product development, testing, and scaling
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe and open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
