Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Circle’s media narrative and public profile for Arc, the Circle Agent Stack, the Circle Payments Network, and Circle Digital Assets and Services.
  • •Develop long-horizon narratives for Arc as a platform and for the agentic economy, partnering with press and conference audiences.
  • •Embed early with product teams during planning and scoping to shape narratives before launch day.
  • •Set and execute media and stage strategy for product and technology leaders, including executive prep and thought leadership pipelines.
  • •Scale AI-powered communications workflows for media monitoring and briefing prep, and partner with Public Affairs during crisis/issues management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 257,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product or technology communications with substantial in-house experience at a technology company.
  • •Track record building product brands over time by developing narrative strategy well ahead of announcement moments.
  • •Strong technical fluency to read product documentation and engineering briefs and translate details into accurate media-ready positioning.
  • •Experience developing executive thought leadership programs, including speaker strategy, stage management, and long-form narrative development.
  • •Must be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.
