Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently engage with data owners, data consumers, custodians, and senior stakeholders to provide expert consultation on data quality strategy and governance implementation.
  • •Develop and optimize data quality controls using SQL and Python, including automated monitoring, scheduling, and reporting with tools such as Control-M.
  • •Create executive-level dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Power BI to communicate data quality trends, risks, root causes, and impacts.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for complex data quality issues and coordinate cross-functional remediation with technology teams to implement sustainable fixes at the source.
  • •Develop and enhance data management standards and metadata assets (business glossaries, data dictionaries, governance repositories such as Collibra) and support governance reviews, compliance assessments, and control testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field, with significant experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading data quality initiatives and working with business and technology stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
  • •Strong experience with Collibra Data Quality, Collibra Data Catalog, or comparable enterprise data governance and metadata management platforms (preferred).
  • •Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or other programming languages for data analysis, automation, and quality monitoring.
  • •Strong understanding of database architecture, data integration, data lineage, and data management principles.
