Key Responsibilities

•Own month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
•Account for areas such as cash and treasury, intercompany and consolidations, corporate card, travel and expense, payroll and benefits, ASC 842 leases, capitalized software, prepaids, fixed assets, intangibles and goodwill, and OPEX allocations
•Prepare monthly and quarterly flux analyses and reporting packages for assigned areas
•Partner cross-functionally with G&A or S&M stakeholders to provide accounting guidance, prepare accruals, and support projects to ensure accurate, timely accounting
•Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to automate manual work, identify process improvements, and accelerate the close while documenting processes

•Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
•Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and complex formulas, for audit-ready reporting and analysis
