Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational processes and root-cause inventory accuracy issues by partnering to escalate gaps.
  • •Champion operational standards for the sales floor using business performance data and support sell-through with accurate inventory counts and coordinated labor hours.
  • •Support a safe work environment and efficient store operation.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and business metrics to inform planning.
  • •Lead the Operations team through accountability, coaching, development, and effective scheduling in partnership with the General Manager/Store Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
