Job Summary

Help lead Live Nation’s zero-waste efforts at Leader Bank Pavilion by sorting trash and recycling during and after shows and events. Partner with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager as part of the venue operations team, pick up and remove waste across front- and back-of-house areas, assist with post-show recycling sorting, and engage fans to participate in sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Pick up and take out trash as needed throughout front- and back-of-house areas, including bathrooms and VIP areas.
•Assist with post-show sorting of recycling materials, aluminum, and reusable cups.
•Engage with fans and encourage participation in sustainability programs through activities or education.
•Serve as an ambassador to crew members to help them understand their role in achieving sustainability goals.
•Work alongside concessions, catering, and other departments to support sustainability standards and operations; help with post-concert venue clean-up as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs while walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting for much of the shift.
•Dedication to sustainability work with real and immediate impact.
•Work well with other departments to support venue operations.
•Experience in events and/or zero waste events is a plus.
