Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick up and take out trash in front- and back-of-house areas throughout the venue.
  • •Assist in post-show sorting of recycling materials, aluminum, and reusable cups.
  • •Engage with fans and encourage participation in sustainability programs through activities or education.
  • •Serve as an ambassador to help crew members understand their role in achieving venue sustainability goals.
  • •Work alongside concessions, catering, and other departments; support post-concert venue clean-up (Post-Show Pick).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs, with about 65% of time spent sorting materials.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Dedication to participating in something with a real and immediate impact to the cause.
  • •Must be able to work well with other departments.
  • •Experience in events, with zero waste events as a plus.
