Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee engineering managers responsible for designing specialized product solutions across global teams.
  • •Develop, implement, and manage a global demand and supply (resource) plan for Special Products engineering.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor global quality, performance, and productivity metrics to meet Emerson targets and service levels.
  • •Partner with world area and regional engineering teams to maintain compliance with engineering standards and metrics.
  • •Establish strategic direction and long-term objectives for the department, including continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; advanced degree or MBA is desired.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in sales or engineering management.
  • •Proven leadership overseeing multidisciplinary engineering groups in dynamic environments.
  • •History of driving process improvements to enhance quality and increase engineering project efficiency.
  • •Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities aligned to business objectives and technical requirements.
