Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sprint scope, select test strategies, and prepare for automation.
  • •Design and lead implementation of reusable testing automation within sprint quality standards.
  • •Coordinate regression testing across sprint/releases with high automation coverage and improved automation code usage.
  • •Work with global test teams on automation design, task planning, status reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • •Identify testing risks, monitor mitigation execution, and provide consulting on automation architecture and efficiency optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing.
  • •Minimum 5 years of automation testing experience with technical knowledge of test automation architecture and BDD toolkits.
  • •Strong understanding of in-sprint automation and agile development methodology.
  • •Fluent English communication to coordinate with teams in global locations, plus ability to work under pressure and deliver cost-effectively.
