Box Office Staff - Ace of Spades

Provide front-of-house box office support by handling cash, check-out procedures, and will-call operations while delivering excellent in-person and phone customer service. Answer calls promptly and professionally, support guest relations, and run the ticket program on a computer to process transactions and required opening/closing paperwork. Bring a positive attitude and attention to detail in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
