Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product refinement by creating tickets and analyzing development work.
  • •Follow architectural decisions and understand their reasoning while brainstorming and proposing solutions.
  • •Independently analyze, troubleshoot, break down complex tickets, and identify dependencies across teams and epics.
  • •Contribute to CI/CD by improving automated testing and increasing testing coverage for the product.
  • •Leverage AI tools to enhance development activities (code generation, testing, debugging, optimization) and evaluate AI/ML capabilities where appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,900 - 159,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience or an education/experience combination.
  • •Knowledge of software design principles, and development tools/technologies (languages, frameworks) and domains used.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., SDK, EC2, S3, Lambda or similar services).
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with web application development.
  • •Strong software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.
