Key Responsibilities

  • •Design clear experimental plans and manage CRO or vendor relationships from SOW through data review
  • •Run and troubleshoot antibody construct design, expression, purification, and developability assays
  • •Communicate results effectively to computational colleagues and integrate bench data into model-training loops
  • •Juggle multiple projects and adapt priorities quickly in a fast-moving, cross-disciplinary environment
  • •Oversee/manage external collaborations to advance antibody formats and therapeutic pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or equivalent experience in Biological Sciences, Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.
  • •3+ years of industry experience with design and characterization of antibody-based biologics (bispecifics, TCEs, ADCs, etc. is a plus)
  • •Proficient in molecular-biology workflows: cloning, transient/stable expression (mammalian or yeast), purification, and quality control
  • •Familiar with binding and developability assays (SPR/BLI, ELISA, flow cytometry) and readouts of affinity/specificity
  • •Comfortable inspecting structures in PyMOL or similar tools to guide mutagenesis and rational design
