Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs across foundational studio infrastructure, including hardware provisioning, cloud tenant setup, and large-scale data migrations.
  • •Develop technical strategies for migrating and modernizing studio production environments, including work across large datasets and storage/cloud solutions.
  • •Drive technical integration of third-party creative and infrastructure software onto Netflix corporate platforms.
  • •Scope and lead Generative AI/ML initiatives with engineering and data science partners, identifying high-value use cases and productionizing new AI platform capabilities.
  • •Decompose requirements into execution plans with milestones, manage scope/schedule and cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks for Day 1 readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical program management experience.
  • •Domain experience in studio technology infrastructure, media production pipelines, or Generative AI/Machine Learning platform delivery.
  • •Proven experience driving large-scale software and infrastructure projects with technical strategy and long-term scalable solutions.
