Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain end-to-end automations and standardized processes to support cross-functional teams and drive consistency and adoption.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
  • •Partner with leadership by providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and data sources to improve key levers within functional areas.
  • •Oversee analytics and lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPI measurement to improve team performance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies.

  • •Able to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps.
