Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually while maintaining a digital-first approach. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products. Provide a consistent client experience through greetings and basic transaction processing, collaborate with branch partners, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educate customers on digital and self-service banking options and use available resources to deliver operational excellence.
