Work with the solar installation team to complete residential solar projects in partnership with the foreperson and lead installer. You’ll support job-site safety, review inventory, assemble solar components and racking per project plans, apply weather sealing, and ensure thorough project clean-up. The role emphasizes field safety, training on new products and installation methodology, and helping deliver installations that meet schedules and performance goals.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal, crew, and job-site safety at all times and participate in training on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
•Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
•Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
•Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building, or support mechanisms.
•Perform project clean up including the client site and installation vehicle to maintain a clean, orderly job site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.82 - 29.09 hourly
