Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consumer marketing strategy for Ibotta’s in-app gaming experience from pre-launch awareness through long-term engagement and retention.
  • •Develop positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for introducing gaming natively to the Saver base.
  • •Build gaming-specific lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences, re-engagement nudges, milestone rewards, and win-back programs.
  • •Identify drop-off points in the gaming experience and use data to design interventions that bring Savers back.
  • •Create a repeatable framework for launching new earning experiences and coordinate multi-channel campaigns with user acquisition, lifecycle, integrated, and creative teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years of consumer marketing experience with a strong track record in product adoption, app engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
  • •Experience launching or growing a new product feature within an existing app.
  • •Experience with roadmaps, experimentation, and sprint cycles.
  • •Proven lifecycle marketing instincts and a data-driven mindset to define KPIs, interpret results, and pivot quickly.
  • •Experience marketing gaming, gamification, or loyalty/rewards mechanics to consumers; familiarity with Braze or similar platforms.
