Key Responsibilities

•Lead and own the design, architecture and implementation of embedded wireless firmware across product lines.
•Guide design decisions for wireless stack components including 802.11 MAC, drivers, supplicant, roaming logic, and radio control systems.
•Mentor and manage a team of firmware engineers, enforcing best practices and driving quality.
•Collaborate with hardware, QA, cloud analytics and field teams to ensure robust field performance and telemetry integration.
•Define and drive test strategies, RF validation workflows, and release ownership for wireless firmware across platforms.

Key Requirements

•Deep technical expertise in Wi‑Fi systems and embedded development for wireless firmware
•Experience architecting and implementing embedded firmware using C/C++ and RTOS frameworks
•Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor a team of firmware engineers and drive best practices
•Experience integrating Wi‑Fi chipsets from Realtek, Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek, and similar vendors
•Strong debugging skills using diagnostics, logs, packet captures, and RF tools to improve performance and reliability
