Job Summary

Lead enterprise architecture for SAP customers, aligning target architecture and roadmaps with business transformation goals. Key Responsibilities

•Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models aligned with customer enterprise goals and lead architectural activities with virtual account teams.
•Guide customers through their cloud journey (adopt and derive), starting with enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally using RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
•Serve as a transformation partner for CIO/CxO stakeholders, driving architecture effectiveness and solution adoption.
•Support adoption by identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks while improving value realization through consumption of solution capabilities.
•Coordinate governance activities and stakeholders to establish shared perspectives on goals and value drivers, aligning customers and partners with SAP Clean Core strategy and accelerating BTP adoption.

Key Requirements

•15+ years in customer experience roles (e.g., program manager, architect) with end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and toolset, plus experience with SAP BTP components (application development, automation, data/analytics, integration, AI).
•S/4HANA technical and/or functional knowledge and experience.
•Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
•Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
