Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end technical training program for Memphis, including needs analysis, content creation, delivery, validation of effectiveness, and continuous improvement across safety, equipment, and technical training.
  • •Build, recruit, develop, and lead a team of technical trainers; maintain product/process knowledge and deliver training that improves safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency.
  • •Own the site training forecast and translate demand into trainer capacity, class seats, and schedules, closing gaps before missed qualifications.
  • •Drive training content, documentation, and LMS gatekeeping; maintain accurate, integrity, and audit-ready operational training records for safety and technical qualifications.
  • •Own safety and high-risk training (e.g., LOTO, electrical, confined space, excavation, work at height, crane and rigging, hot work) and partner with cross-functional teams to stand up training that supports operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, safety, construction, or business, or 5+ years of professional experience in technical training, manufacturing, or construction.
  • •2+ years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
  • •5+ years of experience owning a training program, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, records, and effectiveness measurement.
  • •Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
  • •Ability to meet ITAR requirements: must be a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
