Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of team management or operations management experience.
  • •Experience in logistics, real-time delivery, shared economy, or platform industries is preferred.
  • •Experience in driver recruitment, partner/community management, supply management, or community operations is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong Mandarin and English (spoken and written) communication skills.
