Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow Procurement team members to learn the day-to-day purchasing process.
  • •Work with internal customers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Perform analysis including commodity forecasting and historical spend/KPIs.
  • •Clean up ERP system data, including closing out purchase orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
  • •Have intermediate-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Have experience with Excel pivot tables and data analysis (valuable for the role).
  • •Have familiarity with an ERP system (a plus).
