Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sourcing engagements end-to-end for assigned categories, including identifying opportunities, structuring and running RFPs, negotiating terms, and closing new and renewal contracts.
  • •Partner with the Procurement & Sourcing Leader on SaaS/Software sourcing, supporting enterprise software and infrastructure negotiation commitments.
  • •Serve as primary sourcing owner for Marketing and Professional Services by building stakeholder relationships and proactively surfacing sourcing opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain sourcing playbooks and perform market/cost benchmarking to strengthen negotiation strategy and contribute to the preferred vendor list.
  • •Track and report savings and cost avoidance, manage deal memos, and support vendor evaluation and contract redlines with Legal while managing approvals in Zip and Ironclad.

Salary: USD 132,000 - 181,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement, ideally across SaaS/Software and Marketing or Professional Services.
  • •Proven ability negotiating contracts and running competitive sourcing processes (RFPs) that deliver measurable savings.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with procure-to-pay and contract lifecycle systems such as Zip, Coupa, Ironclad, and DocuSign.
  • •Strong analytical and operational skills, including building cost benchmarks and business cases to support negotiation strategy.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple categories.
