  • •Bring technical program management expertise with an AI-first vision, accelerating delivery using AI-driven tools, automation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • •Support, track, and manage complex program execution through cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications.
  • •Track and maintain cross-functional dependencies and deliverables, coordinating with other Cisco Security groups to deliver outcomes.
  • •Manage timely issue resolution and critical path activities, facilitating clear communication to stakeholders.
  • •Drive day-to-day program activities and provide weekly updates with multiple status levels up to executive management while embedding AI/ML into the delivery lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 8 years (or Master’s + 6, or PhD + 3) delivering complex programs in software/cloud environments using both agile and waterfall; degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
  • •3+ years applying AI/ML tools, GenAI assistants, and intelligent automation to program management.
  • •3+ years coordinating cross-functional projects, facilitating team meetings, and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
  • •Experience applying Lean Enterprise/Agile/Kanban practices and supporting tools.
  • •Experience with defect tracking (e.g., JIRA) and business applications such as Word, Excel, and Project.
