Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-functional Legal programs from planning through delivery, establishing roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
  • •Manage Legal technology initiatives using Asana to coordinate workstreams, sprint schedules, dependencies, prioritization, and delivery.
  • •Partner with Legal and stakeholders to conduct discovery and translate business requirements into actionable programs and solutions.
  • •Identify and drive improvements to Legal workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods, including process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • •Support AI and innovation initiatives by evaluating, piloting, implementing, and driving adoption of AI-powered legal tools and workflows, including governance and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, legal operations, or legal project management within a corporate legal department or leading law firm.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • •Hands-on experience with Asana as a project and work management platform.
  • •Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms such as CLM, eBilling, matter management, IP/trademark management, or related legal operations tools.
