Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install electrical infrastructure required to support heat pump systems.
•Perform load calculations and design code-compliant electrical solutions.
•Upgrade main electrical panels, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panel configurations.
•Pull permits and own the inspection process end-to-end across GA jurisdictions.
•Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site and conduct preventive maintenance and testing for functionality, performance, and code compliance.

Key Requirements

•Master Electrician license with the ability to pull permits across Tennessee jurisdictions.

•Ability to perform accurate load calculations and design code-compliant solutions.
•Valid driver’s license and comfort working in older homes with legacy wiring surprises.
