Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers and refine the Professional Services Sales process, developing metrics, providing live mentoring, and SOP improvements.
•Lead the Professional Services Sellers in a player-coach capacity and be accountable for key team metrics and outcomes.
•Balance SaaS revenue attainment with PS Sales Bookings, managing PS Bookings, Attach rates and discounting in collaboration with Delivery for revenue and quality.
•Build effective relationships with Egnyte sellers and leadership to speed up conversions while ensuring high-quality PS engagements.
•Serve as the voice of the field and customer, working with PS Delivery leaders to drive improvements based on customer needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 annually
