•Conduct market research, identify full product solutions and partner synergies, and collaborate to test and evaluate end-to-end architectures.
•Design and build high-impact demonstrations tailored to Army operational needs to show future tactical edge network possibilities.
•Lead technical planning, network configuration, and live-on-the-air execution of field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
•Serve as technical anchor for RFI/RFP responses, providing technical direction and expert reviews to ensure proposal accuracy and alignment.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 5+ years’ systems engineering/technical business development/defense technology experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years relevant experience.
•5+ years engineering experience working directly with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), IP-based tactical routing protocols, and tactical communication systems.
•Strong knowledge of US Army tactical procurement pathways and Army Futures Command network modernization priorities.
•Proficiency using radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
•Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain within 15 months) and must be a U.S. Citizen; employment contingent on background check and drug test.
