Key Responsibilities

•Work with PDC and HR to hire operational staff.
•Establish development plans for the operational team and ensure they are followed.
•Perform performance and competency assessments and disciplinary activities as necessary, up to and including termination proceedings.
•Assist with pre-job preparations by reviewing the cement job plan with technical professionals and the crew and addressing equipment/operational concerns before mobilizing.
•Supervise employees delivering cementing services and products, ensuring compliance with Customer and Halliburton HSE and HMS procedures and the approved cement job plan.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma and 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist.
•Work under broad direction coordinating with PDC and HR to hire and support operational staff.
•Establish and follow development plans for an assigned operational team.
•Conduct performance and competency assessments and handle disciplinary activities as needed, up to and including termination proceedings.
•Review cement job plans with technical professionals and the cement crew and address equipment and/or operational concerns before mobilizing.
